Fees: Specific to each venue and sporting code
1.1. Registering a team forms a contract subject to these Terms and Conditions, committing to at least one season (8–14 weeks, whichever is longer).
1.2. Participants must abide by the League and Playing Rules published online and provided to captains.
1.3. FOOTBALL FIX reserves the right to refuse or exclude any participant, team, or organisation without reason, including for misconduct or breach of rules.
1.4. Teams may be removed for serious misconduct and will be liable for full league fees.
Before Your Game:
Arrive 15 minutes before kick-off to sign in with the league manager.
Be ready to start on time.
If more than 4 minutes late, penalties apply (e.g., awarding points/goals to opposition) as per league rules.
2.1. Entries accepted first-come, first-served (deposit required).
2.2. Limited team spots; waitlist applies if full.
2.3. Team organisers must register players in the system before the first game; new registrations allowed during the season.
2.4. Players must play 3 games to be eligible for finals (based on 10-week leagues).
2.5. Unregistered players require opposing captain and referee permission before playing.
2.6. Playing unregistered or suspended players without permission may result in automatic loss and possible point deductions.
2.7. Player disputes must be raised during the game for immediate decision by venue manager.
2.7.1 - Stop the game and ask the referee to get the venue manager who will then assess if that player can continue or not.
3.1. League fees vary per league and venue; details on each sport’s website.
3.2. Fees payable before the season starts.
3.3. Payment methods:
Direct credit (include venue code, team name, surname, or invoice number).
Cash on the night to league manager (full league fee, no split payments).
Online via shared paymenrt (registered players only).
4.1. Published on the competition website.
4.2. Game confirmations via email or text.
4.3. Draws may change weekly; wait for official reminders.
4.4. Results aimed to be published within 12 hours post-game; draws updated at least 4 days before play.
5.1. Captains are responsible for their team’s conduct towards referees.
5.2. Abuse of referees will not be tolerated and may result in bans without refunds.
5.3. Referee decisions are final.

6.1. Players must wear matching colored shirts.
6.2. Appropriate footwear required (see sport website).
6.3. Bibs supplied if no matching uniforms; teams encouraged to wear matching colors.
7.1. Follow the Playing Rules published online.
7.2. Season structure:
Grading rounds (1–3 weeks)
Competition rounds (3–8 weeks)
Semi-finals night (all teams play)
Finals night (all teams play)
8.1. Absence without notice results in a forfeit awarded to the opposition.
8.2. Defaults are taken seriously; they are unfair to opposition, referees, and organisers.
8.3. Minimum 12 hours’ notice required to avoid penalties.
8.4. Late defaults or continued no-shows will result in in a game fee fine passed onto the opposition if a replacement team cannot be found.
8.5. If short on players, teams should still attend for a friendly match; fill-ins may be arranged.
8.6. Teams not fielding within 10 minutes of kick-off are deemed to have defaulted.
8.7. If opposing team defaults, a friendly match will be arranged; a default victory awarded based on circumstances.
9.1. Points awarded for Win, Draw, Loss vary by sport; check respective websites.
9.2. Tie-break rules also vary; consult sport websites.
9.3. If unresolved, a coin toss decides the winner.
10.1. On-field coordinators carry First Aid kits.
10.2. Teams must provide their own strapping tape and ice packs.
11.1. Games proceed unless extreme weather (e.g., lightning, unplayable fields). No cancellations for cold or light/medium rain.
11.2. Cancellation notices sent via email and posted on our social media accounts.
12.1. Protests/appeals are rare and usually resolved informally.
12.2. Players sent off will receive a suspension deemed appropriate by FOOTBALL FIX
12.3. FOOTBALL FIX may suspend players for conduct breaches.
12.4. Protests/appeals must be submitted within 24 hours of the game (30 mins in finals). Eligibility disputes resolved on the spot.

13.1. Held after finals on the respective night.
13.2. Times confirmed closer to event.
13.3. Only attending team members receive prizes.
14.1. Participants acknowledge risks of contact sports.
14.2. FOOTBALL FIX selects safe venues and referees but does not control premises access or condition outside competition.
14.3. Captains must ensure playing surfaces and conditions are safe before games start.
14.4. Participants must report any hazards, violence, or misconduct ASAP.
15.1. FOOTBALL FIX provides services with reasonable care and skill.
15.2. Breaches capable of remedy will be addressed cooperatively.
15.3. FOOTBALL FIX’s liability is limited except for personal injury or death caused by negligence.
15.4. No liability for property damage, loss of income, profit, goodwill, or indirect losses.
15.5. Maximum liability capped at three times the amount paid by the participant for the affected competition.
16.1. FOOTBALL FIX may subcontract obligations; not responsible for subcontractor actions.
16.2. Team captains may not assign contracts without FOOTBALL FIX’s consent; FOOTBALL FIX may assign freely.
16.3. Not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (Acts of God, strikes, etc.); may cancel or suspend competitions without liability.
16.4. Contract governed by New Zealand law and jurisdiction.
17.1. Any organizers recruiting players from other teams to create "super squads" will see them removed from the league
17.2. All players should be paying and contributing to the teams league fees and not "sponsored"
All team names, kits and overall representartion art any FOOTBALL FIX league, competition or event must abide by our Code of Conduct. Any team name, kit or symbolism that includes any of these reference may no be permitted
18.1 Explicit or offensive langeuare or imagery
18.2. Sexual references or innuendos
18.3. Political messaging or any symbolism with societal or political references
FootballFix ultimately reserves the right to determine what constitutes as appropriate or acceptable for its competitions, and all members of our competitions agree to respect these decisions as per our Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, rules, regulations, and policies.
By playing in our leagues, competitions, tournaments or any other event organized by FOOTBALL FIX, all teams, players and spectators understand that if they do not follow our Code of Conduct, all rules, regulations and policies, FOOTBALL FIX will decide if their continued involvement is in the best interest of our competition.
20.1. FOOTBALL FIX promotes enjoyment for all participants.
20.2. Respect officials, opponents, and spectators.
20.3. FOOTBALLFIX management decisions are final and may override rules to prevent unfair advantage.
